Step 2: EVSE Contacts You: Our specialised apartment team will contact you to discuss your completed form
Step 3: Site Inspection: Depending on your building, a site visit may be required to finalise the requirements and price for your EV charger installation.
Step 4: Feasibility Report : A report will be prepared outlining our approach to the installation which will detail the works and costings associated with each proposed option, as well as EVSE’s recommendation.
Step 5: Installation: Once you have accepted an option on the feasibility, your installation will be scheduled and completed.

How Are Chargers Powered?
Chargers can be powered through common power, usually from house services. A common method of installation would be the installation of dedicated electric vehicle distribution boards (EVDB), which can house future EV charging circuits.
How Does Billing Work?
Billing is required when chargers are to be powered via common power. Exploren is our in-house OCPP to be used as a platform not only for reimbursement of power used, but as well as its functionalities in monitoring, fault finding and load management.
How Does Load Control Work?
Our load management capability means you can maximise the number of chargers without the need to upgrade electrical infrastructure. Our load management capability ensures your electrical infrastructure is protected whilst maintaining efficient and optimal operation of the charging infrastructure. This is done via our Ocular Load Controller.
What Chargers Should Be Used?
Any smart charger can be used in an Apartment setting, meaning it can be commissioned with OCPP Software. OCPP Software is almost always required for reimbursement purposes. Our IQ Wallbox is the recommended option for implementation in many apartment settings.

Each charger will require a cat6 connection to allow for:
