Disney Studios Australia saw a fantastic opportunity to provide electric vehicle charging infrastructure for all studio partners. Providing this infrastructure is an important step for the studio’s sustainability goals in supporting the adoption of electric vehicles. Workplace charging is vital in the differences between fuel-powered and electrical cars where charging occurs at home, at work and on the go. The Eastern Suburbs of Sydney lack public off-street charging infrastructure increasing the dependence of EV drivers on reliable workplace chargers.

Our Solution
Three Ocular IQ Commercial charging stations were installed at Disney Studios due to their durable nature, suitable for the high volume of partners and visitors throughout the site. The LCD screen ensures the user will always have a complete understanding of their charging status and in combination with Exploren, users will have a hassle-free charging experience.
Exploren is an EV management software solution provided as part of the full turnkey solution. It has been utilised on the Disney Studios network to allow tracking, monitoring, and billing for all sessions and provides detailed and easy-to-understand reporting. Disney Studios will use Exploren reports to understand usage levels and inform decisions on expanding the charging network.
